Handle inbound voice, chat, and email support for US-based clients. Must have clear English communication and reliable internet.
Outbound calling role focused on lead qualification and calendar booking for B2B and healthcare clients. CRM experience preferred.
Manage live chat queues and CRM data entry for e-commerce and SaaS clients. Fast typing, attention to detail, multi-tab workflow.
Support users on SaaS platforms and dispatch tools. Handle ticket triage, basic troubleshooting, and escalation routing via Zendesk or Freshdesk.
